The five attractions at The Blackpool Tower:

The Blackpool Tower Eye and 4D Cinema Experience - visitors will be blown away with Blackpool’s first ever 4D Cinema experience which takes them on a trip down memory lane and explores the history of the iconic seaside town. They’re then taken on an exhilarating lift ride to the top where visitors will be faced with a sensational viewing experience with a floor to ceiling glass observation window, providing magnificent views out to the Irish Sea.

The Blackpool Tower Ballroom – one of the world’s most magnificent ballrooms, The Blackpool Tower Ballroom, designed by renowned Victorian architect Frank Matcham, is a sight to behold. Breath taking in its splendour, daily tea dances, fabulous events and wonderful music keep this world class venue an amazing experience for both old and young visitors alike.

The Blackpool Tower Dungeon – situated deep in the belly of the Tower is a hilarious 70 minute, actor-led show. The expert performers and storytellers will have visitors in stitches with their tales of plague, torture and witches.

The Blackpool Tower Circus - is one of the finest examples of a Victorian circus in the world. Situated amidst the legs of the Blackpool Tower itself, the Blackpool Tower Circus showcases some of the best circus performers from around the globe, entertaining the crowds with fantastic acrobatic feats and hilarious clowning capers. The show features the famous grand water finale dating back to 1894 where the circus ring is submerged in 40,000 gallons of water.

The animals reside in large, natural enclosures and Blackpool Zoo’s aim is to make sure you get as close as possible to all the species, however large or small.  You can hold Colin the cockroach in Creepy Crawly Corner, meet a monkey in Amazonia, stroke a giant rabbit in the Children’s Farm or hop alongside a kangaroo in Wallaby Walkabout.  There really is something for everyone at Blackpool Zoo.

Blackpool Zoo’s restaurant and cafe cater for all tastes and pockets with a wide variety of meals, fast food and snacks, and they now proudly serve Starbucks. Souvenirs abound in the retail outlets from pocket money items to life-like soft toy animals.
